POP-UP VENUE – Eavestone Lake
With plenty of space to let your imagination run wild, and wonderful views of Eavestone Lake and woodland, our new pop-up venue is the perfect opportunity to bring your dreams to life.
As well as exclusive use of all of the land and onsite accommodation, our 42ft and 22ft Yurts will be yours for the day. Walk up a festoon lit walkway, to enter into the yurts for an arrival drink in the cosy 22ft Yurt, complete with log burning stove and rattan chill out furniture.
After stepping through the beautiful set of solid oak doors, you will find the main reception yurt; furnished with trestle and folding wooden chairs, parquet dance floor and staging area. If you’d prefer round tables with white table linen table cloths or cross back chairs, that’s no problem – just let us know.

WE’VE GOT IT COVERED!
Complete with seating, dance floor, lighting, heating, toilets, power and a fully serviced bar; our pop-up venues offer a unique hassle-free outdoor venue hire option.
Whilst the furnishings, utilities and a few added extras will all be taking care of, the venue will be a blank canvas in terms of style and decor, ensuring your big day is personal to you. What’s more we also allow you to choose and organise your own caterers and entertainment, as we know these are often a personal choice to make your day bespoke, but that’s not to say we won’t help or give you a few recommendations!
A catering tent with power and tables will be set up and connected to the yurt venue, allowing your chosen cater easy access to serve the guests. Alternatively if you prefer a less formal approach with street food vendors we have ample of outdoor space.
With power, a stage and dance floor provided all is left to organise is the DJ or band. The yurts look truly amazing at night and with the option to to change the colour of the up-lighters you can easily transform a serene, natural looking wedding venue into an electric party venue for the evening!

We understand that when planning a wedding there are variations in guest capacity, so whilst our 42ft and 22ft Yurt provide enough space for up to 120 guests seated and 150 evening reception, we can pod on additional yurts to allow you to have more guests.
