All our yurts and marquees have the option of a Dandy Dura® woven polyproplene, waterproof matting. It is a very popular matting for marquees and is durable and robust for all outdoor events.
All Dandy Dura matting supplied by Yorkshire Yurts is professionally fitted to the floor on top of a plastic membrane, creating a waterproof barrier between the ground and your guests.
To ensure the matting is firm under foot the site must be level, well drained and the grass recently mown. Failure to adhere to this could result in an uneven, wet floor.
If you’re concerned about the ground conditions or flooring, do get in touch and we will happily discuss hard wooden flooring as an alternative option.
