Terms and Conditions

These prices are inclusive of VAT and are based off a standard 3 day hire. These prices also include the first 15 miles of delivery from our HQ in Aldfield. £5 per mile is chargeable after the first 15 miles.

All yurts and the marquee come with a waterproof matting flooring and clear or canvas sides. The sides are removable; please ensure you speak to our team upon set up for how to safely remove them if you plan to do so.

The Stretch Tent can be erected with the sides up or pinned down to the ground, and does not come with a flooring. A waterproof matting flooring is available for an additional cost of £180.

All packages are subject to availability.

It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the site is grassed, well drained and level. Our team will require clear access to the site, in order to carry the equipment from our vans. If you are unsure if your space or the access is suitable, please speak to a member of our team.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your hire for your chosen date. This deposit will get refunded to you after your event, should no damages have occurred.

The separate full cost of the hire is due no later than one month prior to your event.

If you wish to book for within the next month, both the deposit and the full hire charge will be due at the time of booking.

If your event is to be affected by any government restrictions, and you have already paid your deposit to secure your hire, you are able to rearrange your hire to a new date of your choice, subject to availability. Please note, our normal cancellation terms and conditions will still apply.
