18 Aug TEMPORARY Glamping Site Cleaner/House Keeper – Ripon
We are looking for a self motivated, friendly cleaner/house keeper to join our small team at Yurtshire to oversee the change overs and cleaning of four yurts at our glamping site just outside of Ripon (near Fountains Abbey) during the school summer holidays.
This job is a temporary role with immediate start and will finish on Friday 8th September 2017 (inclusive).
The role is not just a cleaning job as you get to work in the great outdoors in beautiful countryside and take pride and responsibility in ensuring every guest has a great experience at Yurtshire.
In addition to looking after the general cleanliness and changeover of the yurts, responsibilities also include stocking the log shed and baskets, cleaning and refilling the wood burning hot tub, ordering the required linen and generally making sure every guest when checking in has a warm, friendly welcome.
We’re looking for someone with a love for the outdoors who is hardworking and happy to work on their own or as part of a team. The successful applicant will preferably have experience in cleaning/housekeeping and works to high standards with a good attention to detail.
The successful applicant must have their own transport and will be happy working flexible hours around customer bookings as this is a part time, seasonal position. Changeover days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (subject to bookings) with guests checking in at 3pm.
