Eavestone Lake

With plenty of space to let your imagination run wild, and wonderful views of Eavestone Lake and woodland, our new pop-up venue is the perfect opportunity to bring your dreams to life.

As well as exclusive use of all of the land and onsite accommodation, our 42ft and 22ft Yurts will be yours for the day. Walk up a festoon lit walkway, to enter into the yurts for an arrival drink in the cosy 22ft Yurt, complete with log burning stove and rattan chill out furniture.

After stepping through the beautiful set of solid oak doors, you will find the main reception yurt; furnished with trestle and folding wooden chairs, parquet dance floor and staging area. If you’d prefer round tables with white table linen table cloths or cross back chairs, that’s no problem – just let us know.

Catering is a personal choice so we leave this for you to decide, but we can put you in touch with a number of fantastic caterers, who offer a wealth of options, or you may already have someone in mind! A catering tent with power and table will be set up and connected to the yurt venue, ready for the caterers to use. Alternatively if you prefer a less formal approach with street food vendors we have ample of outdoor space.

Whilst the hire includes lighting, power, toilets, heating, furnishings and a serviced bar; making organising a DIY wedding hassle free, we leave you free to choose your own music/entertainment, styling and catering, allowing you to add your personal touches and making your special day bespoke to you. That’s not to say we won’t assist where possible – be sure to check out our recommended suppliers for some ideas on some of our other friends who can help make your day one to remember.
