05 Nov Arabian Night Yurt Style
Most of us have been to wedding evening receptions that, let’s be honest, have been a bit of an after thought to the wedding day itself. A standard, or no, dance floor at all, some crazy coloured disco lights and a DJ with a cringe worthy playlist. Come on, do something different and unique, it’s your wedding day after all! Think outside the box. On today’s blog we show you how our stretch tents can be styled to an exotic Arabian Nights theme. Something unique for a wedding reception or party and one you and your guests will remember. So get whisked away and see how you can transform our Yorkshire Yurt structures…
The lighting for this style is key! Creating a warm exotic glow within the stretch tent really transforms the space and creates such an atmosphere. Low level candles and tall candelabras add that all important cosy and romantic candle light. It wouldn’t be as themed without the opulent lanterns, Persian rugs and eclectic pouffs with unmatched fabrics to add texture, pattern and authenticity. The tall palms are the perfect addition to complete the look too, with a lush look to make the tent look full and even more interesting.
Let’s face it though, we are still in the UK, no matter how much Arabian styling we do, it won’t be as hot as an actual Arabian night. However, we’re prepared for that at Yorkshire Yurts and our central fire pits are a great focal point within our structures to huddle round, smoke a shisha pipe and swap drunken stories of the night gone by.
